About the ITLA Lists The ITLA listservs allow you to network with your colleagues via email or through the IndianaTrialLawyers.org site. List members are able to send messages via email and can also post messages on-line. The complete message archive - including attachments - is available for searching and browsing. For information about joining the lists, please contact ITLA. These lists are currently available to qualified ITLA members: Eclips - Daily news summary of legal issues Young Lawyers - Network with Young Lawyer ITLA members (members who have been in practice less than 10 years). Members of this list must have a signed affidavit on file with the ITLA Office in order to access the list. Sustaining -- ITLA Sustaining Members pay upgraded dues of $1,000 per year and also have access to our largest and most active listserv. There are nearly 400 Sustaining ITLA members from across our great state. Members of this list must have a signed affidavit on file with the ITLA Office in order to access the list. Click here to access the ITLA Listserv Affidavit ITLA Listserv Protocol The use of any ITLA listservs is a privilege of ITLA membership which may be revoked at any time if it is determined that a member's participation on the ITLA listservs does not support ITLA's mission or if a member has not paid their dues. Members shall not promote or advertise non ITLA events on the ITLA listserv. This includes announcements of CLE programs offered by other organizations. Members understand that they will not forward or distribute List Serve messages to non listserv members. It is not permitted that the ITLA listserv be used in the defense of a civil action. Members will direct all messages for ITLA Staff requesting assistance, information, or to unsubscribe from a list to info@indianatriallawyers.org rather than to the listserv. Members are expected to notify the ITLA Staff via phone or direct email if they suspect that a member of the defense bar is using the listserv. Suspicions or accusations are not to be posted to the ITLA listserv.
