2023 Lifetime Achievement Honoree
Our 2023 Lifetime Achievement honoree is ITLA Past President Terri Todd. Please help us celebrate Terri's achievements as well as her contributions and commitments to ITLA and the practice of law at this special program.
Teresa L. Todd is a trial attorney and mediator practicing in Indianapolis. She has forty years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. She has also been a mediator since 1995; and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Her background and experience as a trial attorney enhance her effectiveness in her role as a mediator.
Terri has served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) since 1992; and she is a Past President of the Association. She is also a member of ITLA’s College of Fellows and served as the Editor of ITLA’s quarterly publication, Verdict, for several years. Terri is also a Past President of the Indiana chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) – which is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the right to jury trial in civil cases.
Terri is the co-author of a three-volume treatise on Indiana tort law, and she has authored many articles which have been published in Verdict, as well as writing numerous articles for continuing legal education programs. Terri is a frequent speaker and chairperson of continuing legal education programs, including programs relative to mediation. Terri has been a member of the faculty for ICLEF’s annual trial skills program since its inception over 20 years ago. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF).

Written cancellation postmarked two weeks prior to the seminar will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, as a credit toward another ITLA seminar, good for one year. If notice of cancellation is received after that date, the administrative fee increases to $100. Cancellations received the week of the seminar will not be refunded at all.
Full refunds will not be given, but upon request, we will send you the materials distributed at the seminar.
