This seminar is a must attend for any trial lawyer, mediator, or adjustor looking to have more efficient, effective, and successful mediations. Program chair Lee Christie is bringing together Indiana's best mediators, lawyers, and insurance professionals for a one day Zoom seminar that will give you insight into the best practices of how and what to present at mediation. Our faculty will share what mediators find effective and teach you useful negotiation techniques. This is a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals in a casual format that will encourage dialogue. Bring your questions!
You'll leave this seminar with helpful tips to obtain the best results at your next mediation.

Lee is a part­ner with Christie Farrell Lee & Bell, and is a life­long Indi­ana res­i­dent. He is pas­sion­ate in rep­re­sen­ta­tion, and takes pride in the relationships he devel­ops with his clients. He has exten­sive trial expe­ri­ence in both fed­eral and state court, and is a fre­quent lec­turer on trial, medi­a­tion, per­sonal injury, med­ical mal­prac­tice, truck­ing acci­dents, and set­tle­ment issues. Lee has represented thousands of clients who have been injured and has obtained settlements and verdicts as high as $30.5M.  Lee is highly civically engaged  with several Indiana organizations, including the Walker Foundation (founding board member and officer) and Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board member and officer), and is a patron of the YMCA.  He is past president of the Lawrence Township Girls Basketball League and continues to work with youth in the inner city of Indianapolis.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation postmarked two weeks prior to the seminar will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, as a credit toward another ITLA seminar, good for one year. If notice of cancellation is received after that date, the administrative fee increases to $100. Full refunds will not be given, but upon request we will send you the materials distributed at the seminar.
